Hey everyone, we can confirm we've fully regained access to the @fraxfinance X account. 🙂 Any tweets and posts made from here on out are from the team. As always, please be vigilant.
At this time, to the best of our understanding, the incident was internal to Twitter/X where a customer service representative bypassed the account's 2FA setting and reset the email to another address completely on their own. There was no intrusion or issue on our end with the account. This was purely an internal incident at X. This is all we know at this time and if we learn more from our investigation, we will keep everyone updated. Stay safe everyone. 🙏
